Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2023 Pay Scale:
Agniveer Salary: Agniveers will be given an attractive customized monthly package along with Risk and Hardship allowances as applicable in the three services.
On completion of their engagement period of 4 years, Agniveers will be paid one time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package of Rs 11.71 Lakh which shall comprise their contribution including accrued interest thereon and a matching contribution from the Government equal to the accumulated amount of their contribution including interest as indicated below.
The salary for Agniveers in the 1st year will be around Rs. 4.76 lakh per annum which increases to Rs. 6.92 lakh per annum for the final year.
Besides the annual package, the candidates will be offered allowances like risk & hardship, ration, dress, and travel allowances.

Agniveer Salary for 1st Year
The Agniveer salary package for the candidates selected in the 1st batch of Agniveers in the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy would be Rs. 30000 per month salary package out of which Rs. 9000 will be deducted as Contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund (Seva Nidhi Package). Soldiers will not be entitled to gratuity.

The Selection Process Indian Navy Agneepath Recruitment 2023 includes the following Stages:

AGNIVEER (SSR)
The written exam is conducted at the designated center on the promulgated date and time. The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type. The question paper will comprise four sections i.e. English, Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness, and will be 60 minutes in duration. The candidates are required to pass in all sections as well as in aggregate. The syllabus for each type of entry is available in the download section.
AGNIVEER (MR)
The written exam is conducted at the designated center on the promulgated date and time. The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type. The question paper will comprise of two sections i.e. ‘Science & Mathematics’ and ‘General Awareness’. The standard of the question paper will be of 10th level and the syllabus for the examination is available in the download section. The duration of the examination will be 30 minutes. The candidates are required to pass in all sections as well as in aggregate.
